All our products are tested in our technical center located in Abrera (Barcelona) The Doga products have 2 guarantee years from the assembly moment: window-lifts, electrofans, gas springs, washer systems, tank systems, wipe blades…In case within these 2 years of guarantee, the product has some manufacturing defect, the customers will be covered by our guarantee and Doga support.
Return procedure
When it has at least 3 parts in guarantee, the customer will be able to contact to Doga Parts to proceed with the collection of parts free of transport cost. You can send us an email to our after-sales department laura.jimenez@dogaparts.es or call us to +34 937756962 specifying the number of pieces or boxes together with your collection address and the company schedule. The standard delivery collection use to be 48 h In case you don’t reach to the minimum quantity of parts to collection, you should send us with a previous authorization by your transport paid.

Any piece that we note has been manipulated or without manufacturer label, won’t be accepted, so it will be considered like out of guarantee.
